NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR DONATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Eligibility: The Minivan Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open only to legal residents of West Virginia who are at least 18 years of age or older as of June 1, 2025. One (1) entry per family per service attended. Employees, of Centerbranch Church, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted at all Sunday / Wednesday in-person services held by Centerbranch Church throughout the month of June 2025. (Specific dates are June 1, June 8, June 15, June 18th, June 22, June 25th, June 29, 2025). The final drawing will be held on Sunday, June 29, 2025, during the 10:00 AM EDT service.
How to Enter: No purchase or donation is required to enter. To enter, individuals must attend a Sunday service at Centerbranch Church located at 2301 Meadowbrook Mall Road during the month of June 2025.
* Limit one (1) entry per family per service attended. A family is defined as individuals residing in the same household.
* Entry forms will be provided in the church lobby or designated area at each service.
* All entries for the month of June must be submitted by the conclusion of the service on June 29, 2025, to be eligible for the final drawing.
Prize:
* Grand Prize (Minivan): One (1) 2025 Kia Carnival minivan (Approximate Retail Value "ARV": $32,000)
* Prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution will be made, except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.
Winner Selection & Notification: The potential winner will be selected via a random drawing from all eligible entries received throughout June. The drawing will take place during the Sunday Service on Sunday, June 29, 2025, at approximately 12:30pm.
* THE POTENTIAL WINNER MUST BE PERSONALLY PRESENT AT THE SERVICE ON JUNE 29, 2025, TO WIN AND CLAIM THE PRIZE.
* If the selected potential winner is not personally present, is unable to be immediately verified, or otherwise fails to meet eligibility requirements, alternate winners may be drawn until an eligible, present winner is confirmed.
Prize Claim & Verification: The potential winner is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. The winner will be required to provide valid identification and complete any necessary documentation. The winner of the minivan is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, title, licensing, registration fees, insurance, and any other costs associated with the acceptance and use of the vehicle.
Taxes: All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner will be issued a Form 1099-MISC for the fair market value of the prize.
Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Centerbranch Church, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any prize-related activity.
Publicity: Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes winner's consent to Centerbranch Church's use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
