What is the check - in process?

At your first visit, a check-in volunteer will help you sign in at our Kids Kiosks, fill out contact information, and let us know about any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs your child may have.

After filling out that information, you will receive a claim check code, along with a security tag for each child. The claim check code you receive at check-in is unique to your family and provides extra security at pickup, so make sure you hold on to it! The security tag are stickers that will include your child's name, classroom information, and your contact info to be placed on the back of their shirt while they are with us.

What is your security policy?

Our kids area is a completely secured space. Upon checking in your child, you will receive a parent/guardian tag that permits you to enter the kids area. This tag includes a unique code, randomly assigned to your family at check in for that particular day. Only the parent/guardian who drops your child off AND has this pickup tag, is permitted to pick up the child. If the parent or guardian chooses to hand this pickup tag to someone else, they will be permitted to pick up the child, so long as the secure code on the child’s name tag and parent/guardian pickup tag match.

Question 3

My child is nervous, can I stay in their classroom?

Because our kids area is secure, only our background checked team members are permitted in the classrooms.

Your children are also always welcome to attend with you in the main service, or watch the service live with you out in our lobby space!

We have an experienced team and many leaders who are capable of making sure each child is well cared for. If your child needs your attention, we will contact you via text message.

Question 4

How will you get ahold of me if my child needs me?

Accepted Answer

You will receive a text message to the number you provide at check in. Parents of little ones in our nursery will also receive a pager that will buzz if your baby needs you.
